Once an order has been confirmed and production has begun, we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or issue refunds, unless the item is defective or there was an error on our part.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Defective or Damaged Items<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If your jewelry arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us at <a href=\"mailto:info@charmcanvas.com\">info@charmcanvas.com<\/a> within <strong>7 days of delivery<\/strong> with clear photos and a detailed description of the issue.
